Uplooped is a feedback management platform where users can submit feedback, vote on suggestions, and comment on ideas.

You need to provide a valid email and password to create an account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure

You must be at least 13 years old to use Uplooped

One person per account - don't share your login

You keep ownership of any feedback, comments, or content you post

By posting content, you give us permission to display it on our platform

Don't post anything illegal, harmful, spam, or that violates others' rights

We can remove content that violates these terms

You agree not to:

Harass or abuse other users

Attempt to hack or disrupt our service

Use automated tools to spam votes or submissions

Uplooped is provided "as is" without warranties

We're not responsible for user-generated content

We're not liable for any damages from using our service

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if anything)

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We'll never sell your personal information.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Oslo, Norway.
